Who publishes this site
Mon Quartier (monquartier.ma) is an information site about property prices in Morocco, neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
What the site records
The site asks for no account, no form and no email address. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set and no data is sent to Google Analytics.
Audience measurement, with your consent
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 counts page views and measures visit length, device type, language, approximate country or city, and the site you came from. It sets the _ga cookie and a _ga_ cookie followed by an identifier, kept for 13 months at most.
This measurement is only used to learn which pages are useful. It is not used for advertising and is not sold. It is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), including outside Morocco.
Changing your mind
Your choice is kept in your browser for 13 months. You can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.
Map and hosting
Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your device’s IP address in order to display them. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google), which keeps technical connection logs.
Listing data
Published prices are medians calculated from public property listings. No advertiser name, phone number or contact detail is displayed.
Your rights
Moroccan law 09-08 gives you the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your personal data. You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
